Double Trouble-it's a nickname you'll inevitable inherit if you're a twin. But I'm beginning to think my boys will dutifully fulfil that role even if they aren't twins. Thank goodness William hasn't followed in Henry's footsteps and hasn't started walking at 10 months old. I would be a wreck if I had to keep up after two boys going different directions-and trust me, I know, they would absolutely go opposite directions. Infact, William is still "wounded soldier" crawling. I'm so lucky. I'm hoping he doesn't walk until 14 months or something like that. That would be ideal. But my kids are a little different when it comes to sitting. They don't seem to sit until they can crawl. So usually at around 8 months my tubby babies will finally sit without wobbling over. William has mastered sitting finally. It only lasts a few minutes until he sees something in the distance, then he'll bail sideways like he's jumping from a plane and belly crawl his way over what he wants. It's all very stealth like.
Well, now that we have a sitter, we have the luxury of bathing the boys together. And already I can imagine the puddles of water on my bathroom floor that will be coming. My girls play polly pockets and mermaids in the tub. Boys, they just want to make a ginormous, wet, slippery, splashy mess. Total trouble I tell ya.
